Some of the key benefits we offer:
Loyalty discount
We value our clients and to reward you for continuing to do business with us, we automatically start discounting your premium from your second policy anniversary. Discounts increase by 1% per year up to a maximum of 10%; and then continue for the life of your policy.
Free upgrades
Any new policy improvements or enhancements we introduce apply to our existing customers, meaning your cover will remain up to date and competitive through time.
Guaranteed policy wording
We guarantee all of our policy wordings will remain for the life of the contract. This means no matter what features and benefits we might restrict or remove for new policies in the future, our clients will retain their specific original policy wordings for as long as they keep their policy in force.
"If it's grey we will pay"
When a claim is received and it's not clear from the medical evidence if it should be accepted or declined, and no further clarifying evidence is available, we will accept the claim.
Premium holidays and suspensions
When life throws an unexpected curve ball or if you decide to travel overseas for a period of time, you can talk to us about taking a premium holiday or suspension.
